Short-axis view on intracardiac echocardiography during transcatheter closure of multifenestrated atrial septal defects. A well-positioned Amplatzer Cribiform device is seen within the interatrial septum still attached to the delivery cable prior to final release. On color flow mapping there is no residual leak.
