Real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography during transcatheter closure of a single atrial septal defect. An Amplatzer septal occluder is seen from the right atrial aspect after release from the delivery cable. The right atrial disc screw is clearly seen. The inferior portion of the interatrial septum is well seen between the two discs.
